Class Speeches

In Room 10 we have been working on writing and presenting speeches this term. This week we have been listening and giving feedback as the students present their speeches orally. The topics have been informative and entertaining. We have learnt about Adolf Hitler, Wayne Runi, Michel Jackson and Jane Goodall's lives. Then we have been entertained with topics such as Clicks, Boy Racers, Guns, Skateboards, Free Running, Horses, Lions and Animals.

Next term 2 of these speeches will be chosen to represent our class.

Our School Cross country

On Tuesday we had our school cross country down at the Mangati Walkway. Room 10 all participated and we were so proud of the students in our class that are going on to represent our school
at the Puketapu Cross country on Friday. Photos will be put up soon.

Jack and the Beanstalk- Our Production

This term our Inquiry has been on how to put on a production. Our class has been involved in this with students being in the background with prop construction,Sound, Choir and with the performance on stage. Below is a photo of our class with our buddy class performing our part in the production.

Omata Cross Country

Last Thursday, Mrs Gotz and 31 other students headed down to Omata School, for the interschool cross country. Bell Block won 4 out of 6 races, the winners coming first place were Angel (Rm 10), Stevie, Paul and Byron ( All Rm 10).  Above are photo's of the whole team and the winners.
